🔄 Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings dashboard
  • Email request to vetpro.ai@gmail.com
  • Live chat support (available on our website)

Cancellation Effective Date:

Cancellation requests will be processed immediately, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that time.

No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing period after cancellation.

💰 Refund Policy

General Policy:

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Within 14 Days of Initial Subscription: If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to review.
  • Service Failure: If we are unable to provide the Service due to technical issues on our end for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days), you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day period
  • Failure to use the Service
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions

⏱️ Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

💳 Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment transactions in accordance with their own terms and security standards.

Refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method. If you have questions about a refund transaction, please contact us first, and we can assist you.

🔄 Subscription Changes

Upgrading or Downgrading:

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, and billing will be adjusted on a prorated basis.

Plan Changes and Refunds:

If you downgrade your plan, you will receive a prorated credit for the difference, which will be applied to your next billing cycle. No cash refunds are issued for plan downgrades.

Important: Once a refund is processed, your account will be immediately terminated, and you will lose access to all Service features and data. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before requesting a refund.

⚖️ Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
