You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
Cancellation requests will be processed immediately, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that time.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing period after cancellation.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment transactions in accordance with their own terms and security standards.
Refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method. If you have questions about a refund transaction, please contact us first, and we can assist you.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, and billing will be adjusted on a prorated basis.
If you downgrade your plan, you will receive a prorated credit for the difference, which will be applied to your next billing cycle. No cash refunds are issued for plan downgrades.
Important: Once a refund is processed, your account will be immediately terminated, and you will lose access to all Service features and data. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before requesting a refund.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
