📋 Description of Service

VetPro Advanced is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for veterinary practices. Our Service includes:

• Practice management and automation tools
• Appointment scheduling and reminders
• Client and patient record management
• Payment processing integration (via Stripe)
• Communication tools (SMS, WhatsApp, email)
• Reporting and analytics features

👤 Account Registration and Security

Account Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Security:

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

💳 Payment Terms

Subscription Fees:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy

Payment Processing:

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. You agree to keep your payment information current and valid.

Failed Payments:

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for all fees incurred during any period of suspension.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

• You fail to pay fees when due
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Service Availability:

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetPro Advanced LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
